It helps to unlock the limits of the mental, for a more powerful coaching journey! I also lead regular online meditation circles for the community (events on my facebook profile) and I teach Yoga locally at Wanderlust Studio in Squaw Valley, California.
What is Mindfulness exactly?
Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way which is 'on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally'. What is important is setting up the intention, and... trusting the process!
